Zotman pizza

The first Zotman's Pizza Pie, created by chef Dmitry Zotov and his partner Sergey Krylov from Haggis Pub, opened on Bolshaya Nikitskaya Street in September 2014. It was a unique concept at the time, offering pizza with unconventional ingredients and thick crust, served with a dipping sauce.
Dmitry Zotov created a special dough recipe based on Brooklyn-style pizza, and wanted to reflect this unique feature in the brand's identity.
